High Rigg in Keswick, Cumbria is a four bedroomed Victorian terraced house, built in 1894, providing well equipped accommodation for couples and families, up to a total of 6 people, in 2 double and 2 single bedrooms.

The accommodation is over three floors and is carpeted and has gas central heating throughout with gas fires in the dining room and living room. In the dining room there is a choice of board games. The understairs cupboard, accessed from the dining room, has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and is suitable for storing boots, coats, rucksacks etc.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob. On the first floor are a double and single bedroom, both with wash basins. The double bedroom has a king size bed. Also on the first floor, at the rear of the property, are a bathroom with a bath and shower over, wash basin and WC and a separate shower room with WC and wash basin. On the second floor are a further double and single bedroom, both with wash basins. The double bedroom has a king size bed. Beds are made up prior to arrival.

There is street parking at the front of the house (unrestricted) and to the rear a small back garden with washing line, garden table and seats.
