Lucasland Holiday Cottages are situated in the historic village of Hunmanby, nestled between the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and the traditional seaside towns of Filey and Scarborough, Lucasland is a unique complex, accommodating 18 guests.

The site is made up of barn conversions which have been sympathetically restored and renovated into self contained cottages within their own private courtyard boasting a Hot Tub, private pub, lawn and patio area with a brick built BBQ and laundry room with washing and drying facilities. The cottages boast many original features such as beamed ceilings and chalk walls, along with all the comforts of modern living. With your own private onsite pub, Lucasland offers the pub experience where you can pull your own pints, have a game of pool watching SKY Sports and relax with family.

All cottages are to be let together and the complex lends itself ideally to family gatherings and celebrations with some of our guests travelling internationally to use our properties to reunite as a family!

Each cottage contains 2 double bedrooms (1 with en suite), 1 twin bedroom and a family bathroom. One Cottage contains a downstairs double bedroom and en suite wet room facilities.

Bed linen and towels are also provided. A travel cot and high chair can be requested but you will need to provide your own linen for the travel cot. 8 Hot tub towels are also provided.

The property has central heating and free Wi-Fi throughout.

A welcome pack awaits you on arrival. Up to 2 dogs are welcome but we ask that they remain on the ground floor at all times, and are not left in the property unattended. Charges are GBP60 per dog.

This is a no smoking property.

25% deposit + GBP25 booking fee due at time of booking, balance due 3 months before arrival. A GBP500 refundable damage deposit payable before your stay and refundable 10 days after departure.
