Helm Mount Lodge and cottages are 4 old barns converted into luxury cottages with an additional sporting lodge for entertaining in. Perfect for small parties, weddings and celebrations! Located 3 miles outside of the Lake District national park. Just south of the market town of Kendal, Cumbria.

The Old Piggery sleeps 4 with downstairs disabled access to a bedroom and large shower room.

Spring cottage sleeps 6 with one en-suite and one family bathroom.

Autumn cottage sleeps 8 with two en-suite and one family bathroom.

The lodge has dining for 18, a log burner, a pool table and plenty of soft seating.

Helm Mount Barns are ideally located for easy access to the M6, Cumbria and Yorkshire making them an ideal holiday retreat and touring base. Kirkby Lonsdale and the Yorkshire Dales are within 20 minutes to the east and to the west Windermere, Ambleside and the south Lakes are easily accessible within half an hour. Kendal, the local town is a thriving community with numerous shops, bars and restaurants and river walks can be enjoyed along the River Kent.
