Plum Braes Barn offers 3 beautiful holiday cottages within a converted barn and Edmondston House, a chalet-style farmhouse.

Just three miles from the bustling market town of Kelso, this is an ideal location for couples, families, reunions, fishing and shooting parties.

On the organic farm, there is a new tennis court, meandering river walk, fresh eggs, ponies, sheep and dogs.

Plum Tree Cottage - a romantic cottage for two, with a balcony bedroom.

Garden Bank Cottage - two en-suite bedrooms, lovely kitchen living room.

Cockle Kitty Cottage - Double and twin room, one bathroom, large living room with hemmel arch and natural stone wall.

Edmondston House - five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Huge sitting room with sunroom, dining room seating 10 - 12, ample kitchen and laundry room. Table tennis in the garage. Huge garden with summerhouse.

It is simply idyllic and surrounded by wildlife and wild flowers, the River Eden , a small tributary of the River Tweed, gentle rolling hills and woods.

The Scottish Border towns are quaint and worth a visit and over the border to Northumberland is 10 minutes drive!

The coast is 30 minutes drive and Edinburgh is one hours drive or catch the train.
