Laverock Law Holiday Cottages offers peaceful self catering accommodation surrounded by two acres of wooded landscape in rural Northumberland, providing an ideal base for exploring the region's coast, castles, countryside and wildlife. Originally built as a terrace of single-storey farmworkers' cottages, the properties have been carefully restored while retaining many original features.

Woodpecker is a spacious open cottage, traditionally styled with modern touches in a peaceful courtyard setting. It has a luxury bathroom with a rolltop bath.

Each cottage has its own individual character. Skylark combines a cosy traditional feel with spacious accommodation and a sunny courtyard, while Swallow enjoys open countryside views and an open-plan living space. Woodpecker provides a spacious cottage in a peaceful courtyard setting and features a luxury bathroom with a roll-top bath. Guests also have access to a wood-fired sauna on site, providing an inviting way to relax after a day exploring Northumberland.

There is plenty to enjoy without leaving Laverock Law, with outdoor spaces designed for relaxing, playing and spending time together. Guests can gather around a campfire, use the croft for games, football, croquet and den building, or assemble their own bird box using prepared kits. Two adult Dawes bicycles with helmets are available to borrow for exploring the quiet surrounding roads, while cottages contain a selection of books, games and a Brio railway.

Beyond the grounds, North Northumberland offers an outstanding combination of coastline, historic castles, wildlife and countryside, with the owners able to provide plenty of ideas for exploring the local area.
