Designed and built by Off Grid Travel, this imaginative off-grid haven sleeps up to four guests and offers a zero-carbon stay surrounded by woodland, wildlife and glorious views towards the coast.

Lovingly constructed from sustainable Scottish timber, The Bothy is accessed via a short, car-free walk of around 350 metres from the guest parking area, with wagons provided for luggage. Inside, solar power provides lighting and electricity, while a wood-burning stove keeps the space warm and cosy. Two private sleeping nooks each feature a comfortable double bed with luxury eco-bedding, pure woollen blinds and beautiful views, while a sociable living space, well-equipped kitchen and large shower room with flushing toilet provide everything needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy generous private woodland space, a double hammock, picnic area, moveable gas barbecue and an impressive 7-metre tipi with seating for evenings around the firepit.
