2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lakeside lodge with extensive outdoor space. Sleeping 4-6, this lodge is sited at the top of the biggest, most peaceful lake with open fields at the back.
The lounge area has stunning views over the lake, and we have installed complimentary Wifi so you have internet. There is also a large smart TV and blu-ray, so when you settle on the sofa you have everything that you need. We have even installed Air Conditioning, which is a very welcome addition as the lodge gets sunshine all day long!
The kitchen includes a seats 5 dining table, washing machine, full size fridge freezer, microwave, oven, grill, hob, toaster, cafetiere and kettle. Please note, there is not a dishwasher!
The large decking has been designed as an extension to the lodge and this 'outdoor room' provides the perfect place to sit and watch life on the water. A canopy can be pulled across during the summer months to provide some pleasant shade, and at night solar lights create a warm ambience.

Some of the nearest towns include: Stamford, Oakham, and Rutland Water.

Or maybe take a short drive to sample local pubs and restaurants, and explore what the beautiful counties of Lincolnshire and Rutland have to offer, from the historic town of Stamford and quaint villages to grand attractions such as Burghley House and the stunning Rutland Water with its fabulous Aqua Park!
It is even possible to head out for a day out in Norfolk! We love Sheringham for Norfolk holidays, and it's great to nip over from the lodge for a day at the Norfolk coast, with its sandy beaches.
