Situated in the heart of Snowdonia National Park between Dolgellau and the coastal resort of Barmouth, Swn y Nant 2/3 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 5 adults plus a child in the family room.

Kitchen & Dining Area - Electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. Lounge - TV, DVD & Freeview. Free WiFi - Reasonable Use. Bedroom 1 - Double & single bed. Bedroom 2 - 2 Single beds. Bedroom 3 - Small Bedroom (lower floor). Upstairs bathroom - Electric shower, bath, hand basin & W.C. Downstairs toilet and hand basin.

Games Room - Pub Pool Table, Table Tennis & Table Football. Secure Bike Storage.

Bed linen is provided, excluding bath towels.

Note we can provide travel cots and high chairs please ask when booking. Stair gates if needed.

PLEASE note the split level and open plan stairs.

Large Fenced Lawned Garden for Cottage use. BBQ and garden chairs/table provided. Offroad Parking - up to 2 cars
Internationally renowned Coed-Y-Brenin Mountain Bike and Rambling Park just down the road makes this cottage ideal accommodation for MTB's.

Serious walkers can use Swn y Nant as a centre to explore the spectacular walks on Precipice Walk(s) and Cader Idris mountain.
