Mari Laetare is a stunning 3 Bed Beachfront Apartment in Ventnor, it is the perfect place to stay on the Isle of Wight for couples or small families.

The property is situated just a few metres from the beach and just a minute's walk from the famous Spyglass Inn. A traditional pub on the Isle of Wight serving delicious home cooked food, and an amazing selection of drinks teamed with spectacular views.

Mari Laetare has a master double en-suite room, with two additional bedrooms (one double and one twin room) all sharing the spacious main bathroom.
The lounge area benefits from its own balcony and offers views directly over Ventnor Bay and the English Channel. There are two large sofas, one four-seater and one two-seater allowing you to enjoy those views in real comfort.

The well-equipped fitted kitchen is a real home from home with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine as well as an oven and hob.

The kitchen is separated from the main lounge and large dining area which can comfortably seat six people. There is also a more informal, smaller round table, perfect for breakfast overlooking the beach.

Mari Laetare does not have onsite parking, however there is space to unload and load your luggage.

Upon arrival we will issue you with an all-Island parking permit, which allows you to park in any of the Isle of Wight Council car parks across the Island, free of charge.

There are two large car parks at either end of Ventnor Esplanade where you can park your car. It's then a beautiful two minute stroll along the seafront back to Mari Laetare.

Short breaks are available October - March, Fri-Mon and Mon-Fri.
