The heart of the house is its impressive open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, featuring large bifold doors that connect the interior with the outdoor terraces and magnificent sea views. Accommodation is arranged over three floors, with a ground-floor king-size bedroom sleeping two and a convenient walk-in shower room with low-profile shower entry. The first floor offers a further king-size bedroom sleeping two, alongside a spacious family bedroom with a king-size bed and bunk beds, accommodating two adults and two children. A family bathroom with a bath and shower, together with a peaceful reading area, completes this floor.

Occupying the second floor, the beautiful master bedroom provides a relaxing retreat with a king-size bed, additional sofa/single daybed and private en-suite shower room. Throughout the property, guests can enjoy comfortable, thoughtfully designed accommodation that makes the most of its wonderful coastal setting. Outside, the large private garden features two terraces with outdoor furniture for relaxing, dining and enjoying the spectacular views across Saundersfoot Bay. An outdoor shower is particularly convenient after swimming or spending time on the beach, while private parking for two vehicles adds further convenience. Please note that pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified guide and assistance animals.
