Wood End Cottage, a 2 bed cottage in the Pennines is a beautiful Grade II listed property set in the glorious rolling hills of West Yorkshire.

The cottage boasts a wealth of period features with beamed ceiling and open fire providing a cosy base for your holiday or short break.

Decorated and presented to a high standard the delightful open plan living area has a comfortable leather sofa, and shabby chic furnishings creating a lovely country cottage atmosphere. The log fire can be lit for cosy nights in - we even provide you with logs!

There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and a music centre for your entertainment in addition to free WiFi. The dining table seats up to four and we provide lots of guest information to help you to settle in and get to know the area with its wealth of amenities and activities.

Look out for our walking guide with maps and full descriptions of tried and tested walking routes to help you to enjoy the best of the area. We also include suggestions for dog friendly pubs and eateries in the local area.

The generously equipped fitted Kitchen includes an electric hob/oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine.

Here you will find everything you need to prepare and cook delicious meals and, just outside your door, there is a lovely herb garden where you can pick fresh herbs to add to your dishes.

We supply cleaning products and an iron and ironing board.

The stunning master bedroom features a luxury brass four poster bed, chandelier, shabby chic wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables with matching lamps, bookshelf, hairdryer and stool.

A lovely room with a comfortable vintage single bed, shabby chic chandelier, fitted wardrobe, bedside chest with lamp, bookshelf, shabby chic dressing table and chair. A cot or cot bed can be added to this room if required.

The light and airy bathroom features a modern white suite, including over-bath shower. Quality towels are provided. For your comfort you will find spare blankets and pillows stored here.
