Broadlands Caister offers you a choice of two beautiful three-bedroom caravans, Caister Waves and Caister Sands.

Caister Sands has one double bedroom with room for a travel cot, two twin rooms, a double pull-out bed in the lounge, shower room with w/c, separate 2nd w/c and wraparound decking. This Caravan is also pet friendly.

Caister Waves has one double bedroom and two twin rooms, a double pull-out bed in the lounge, shower room with w/c, separate 2nd w/c and decking to the front through the patio doors. This Caravan is not pet friendly.

Both caravans have a TV in the lounge and main bedroom, have central heating and a fireplace in the lounge. They are equipped with fire alarm, CO2 alarm, fire, extinguisher, fire blanket and First Aid Kit. There is also a bed guard and travel cot provided in each Caravan, however you will need to provide your own mattress.

Bedding can be provided for an extra charge.

Dogs are charged at £25 for one and £40 for two per stay. We do not allow more than two dogs to stay in our caravan.

All stays incur a £100 refundable damage deposit fee, which is returned to you within 7 to 10 days of your checkout date providing no damage has been caused to our caravan and there are no missing items or breakages.
