Separate Dining Area - with dining table, 4 chairs and high chair. Radio/CD/Cassette player. Double doors lead onto pretty decked garden breakfast area.

Kitchen newly refurbished - large contemporary kitchen with fitted units, electric hob, fan assisted oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster

Thermostatically controlled shower cubicle and WC on ground floor.

First Floor Front Bedroom - double bed with luxury memory foam mattress, duvet, bedside tables with lamps, radio alarm, dressing table, fully fitted wardrobes, fitted carpet, there is also a greco travel cot available as required.

Rear bedroom - overlooking the back garden, good size double bedroom containing two single beds with duvets, bedside lamp and table, multi drawer unit and single wardrobe, fitted carpet.

Bathroom/Shower Room upstairs - bath (incorporating a thermostatically controlled shower), washbasin and adjacent, separate WC.

Separate WC upstairs.

Small Walled Rear Garden (with decking, table and 4 chairs) - private, pretty and secure offering a safe play environment for small children away from public highways.

All bed linen and tea towels are included and property is cleaned at each turn around (which is usually weekly).

Electricity usage together with Gas central heating and hot water is included in the rental price.

Harbourlights Cottage is set in a quiet central location in the centre of Broadstairs.

Cliff top walks and a series of attractive bays and beaches are just a 4 minute walk away.

Ramsgate with its lovely harbour can be reached via a 45 minute walk along cliff top and through George VI park.

The famous beaches of Broadstairs / Kingsgate / Margate and Ramsgate are all very close, the nearest being Viking Bay, Broadstairs.

A five min stroll from Harbourlights Cottage and you are right on the seafront with its pubs / wine bars / eating houses and Charles Dickens historic house and of course Bleak House (now a boutique hotel and tea rooms).

Morelli's and Chiappini's ice cream parlours together with a crazy Golf course are all a few minutes stroll away.

A wide range of local shops including boutiques, a supermarket, fish shop, butchers, greengrocers, toy shops, and chemists are just 5 minutes away, as are banks and building societies.

A good selection of restaurants and cafes are all equally close by.
