With an upstairs double bedroom and a downstairs twin or king size bedroom plus two bathrooms, one on each floor, the Cottage is a great base for exploring Derbyshire.

Comfortable living room with log burning stove for those winter nights.

The kitchen is well-equipped with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher & coffee percolator.

There is a downstairs shower room and upstairs en-suite with bath.

The enclosed front garden can be accessed though the side gate or via the front porch from the sitting room - also handy for our four legged friends!

Enjoy sitting out, having a barbecue or relaxing by the chimenea or water feature.
