Kerenza and Demelza - two beautiful, modern, luxury self catering apartments accommodating up to 4 guests for sophisticated stays in St Ives.
Above the reception but reached through private, external entrances, Kerenza and Demelza provide high-quality two-bedroomed accommodation, with stylish contemporary decor, far-reaching views, and private outdoor spaces.
During the peak season, guests at Polmanter's apartments can enjoy the facilities of the award-winning touring park. Make a splash in the swimming pool, spend an evening in the Stable Bar, or relax in Escape spa. If you're here when the park is closed, you'll have all the benefits of a holiday in peaceful, rural surroundings.
Both apartments have ramped access and designated parking spaces. Demelza has additional accessible features, including an adapted bathroom.
If you're looking for dog-friendly self-catering accommodation in St Ives, your pet will be delighted to know they're welcome to stay - Polmanter can accommodate up to 2 well behaved dogs in each apartment (charge of GBP35 per dog, per week applies).
Kerenza and Demelza Luxury apartments make a wonderful base to discover West Cornwall. Only a mile and a half away from postcard-perfect St Ives; and although the park feels wonderfully remote and rural, the A30 is just a ten-minute drive away. However, you can easily leave your car behind at Polmanter and explore by bus, rail, bike or foot.
The far west of Cornwall, known as Penwith, is rich in attractions to visit and places to discover. Home to St Michael's Mount, the Minack Theatre and old mining heritage, they also have some of Cornwall's finest beaches and coastal walks.
