Nestled in rural Aberdeenshire, the village of Alford, where Aberdeen Angus beef originates from, is walking distance from the property and has plenty of attractions for all the family, with two museums, a golf course and a country park with many lovely walks to explore.

Alford sits by the River Don and the hills of Bennachie and Coreen and has a variety of shops, restaurants and amenities. Steeped in history, the town is home to the Battle of Alford battleground and Alford Heritage Centre as well as the Grampian Transport Museum.
