The accommodation, all on the ground floor, comprises: 1 king sized bed and 4 single beds in three bedrooms, fully equipped and with ample wardrobe space. Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and wash hand basin. Separate toilet with wash hand basin. Lounge with television, video and DVD player, free wifi, separate dining room, spacious kitchen with dining area, electric cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and wall mounted television.

The house is equipped with total control electric heating and sits in an enclosed garden with parking for two cars. All bed linen and towels included. No smoking.
