Napton Fields Self Catering Holiday Cottages, Southam, are located on a working farm, and can sleep 2-4 guests each.

The property is situated along a tree lined drive with easy access to main road routes and motorways.

We have three Self Catering Holiday Cottages/Lets: The Granary, The Stable and The Cart Barn have been lovingly converted to a high specification, with exposed beams and feature brickwork, to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay.

Each cottage is fully furnished with open plan fully fitted kitchen, dining, lounge. There is underfloor heating throughout and hot water provided by a ground source heat pump. Each cottage has a double bedroom and a separate shower room with walk-in shower.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge area, allowing the option to accommodate extra guests. Towels, linen & toiletries provided, Tea, coffee, sugar and milk included. Electric Oven and Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge with freezer compartment, Dishwasher. Freeview flat screen TV in lounge and bedroom Free WiFi - rural broadband.

Private off road parking Equestrian facilities and overnight stabling are available for the many events in the area such as Aston Le Walls, Dallas Burston, Offchurch Bury, Princethorpe College, Moreton Morrell College, Onley Grounds, Upton House and NAC Stoneleigh.
