Fast Rabbit Farm Gardens

Fast Rabbit Farm Gardens, Dartmouth, Devon, England

Fast Rabbit Farm Gardens, Dartmouth cover 43 acres and include two adjoining valleys, one with the River Black and the other a smaller stream. The water is the base for a lake, several ponds and a waterfall. The valley sides have wide contoured grass walks and weave between extensive plantings.

Themes include a Rose Garden, Mediterranean Garden, Wildflower Meadow and Woodland. Wild flowers are abundant with massed primrose and bluebell. Thousands of bulbs have been planted, providing a back drop for the many trees and shrubs. These include magnolia, rhododendron, camellia, pieris and climbing roses high in the trees.

Fast Rabbit Farm Garden welcomes disabled and elderly visitors and seeks to enable a good experience for those with limited mobility or other needs. We have a separate drop-off point for easier access to the strawberry valley area (see map) and a gentle slope leads along the River Black to the Rose arbor and Kingfisher Lake.

To discuss your particular needs please call Alan on 07813 504490 and we will make sure you have an enjoyable visit.

There is an extensive plant centre with very modest prices.

The Garden is down a quiet lane giving complete quiet and privacy on two miles from the centre of Dartmouth.
