These two flats period Edinburgh apartments are very conveniently situated in Marchmont, which is a quiet central location only about 20 to 30 minutes walk from The Royal Mile, Castle, Princes Street and other major attractions. It is near many of the city's theatres and other performance venues, making this a perfect base to enjoy the Edinburgh Festivals between June to September.
It is also very convenient for the universities, hospitals, financial centre and Edinburgh International Conference Centre. There are many fabulous cafes and restaurants in the locality, and takeaways to suit all tastes within five to ten minutes walk.
