The Hop Garden, Tintern, Monmouthshire, NP16 7NX

A woodburner and private shower make Pioneer the perfect holiday hideaway. The Forest of Dean and the Wye valley surround your cool horsebox home on the site of a great microbrewery.

Pioneer lives up to its hardy name by opening only during the winter months, but warmth won't be a problem, with the cosy bed up a ladder above the cab, the wood-burner crackling in the corner and Kingstone Brewery on hand to supply you with that special inner glow.

Bring torches, wellies and walking boots.
Brewery shop onsite selling real ale and cider.
Supply of firewood provided for the woodburner to get you started. The owners do not sell additional firewood, however there are local shops where firewood can be purchased.
Mobile phone signal. WiFi available outside the brewery shop.

**Wye Valley Experience is based onsite specialising in canoeing and mountain bike hire alongside guided trips meaning we are able to offer our guests a special experience of canoeing the River Wye or exploring the local area on Mountain bikes.

**The on-site bar hosts a monthly wood-fired pizza night on the first Saturday of each month, it's super popular so be sure to book well in advance!
Pioneer is located at The Hop Garden - a unique glamping site that provides an unforgettable stay. Located in the heart of the Wye Valley, area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The River Wye is only a few hundred metres from the meadow where the accommodations are located. The Hop Garden is adjacent to award winning Kingstone Brewery. Guests are welcome to sample the range of ales and take a tour of the microbrewery.
