The Hideaway and The Bothy. Off Grid Travel

Unplug from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life
Unplug from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life and spend some quality time with your loved ones at these eco-friendly boltholes by Off Grid Travel. Situated on the grounds of Cambo Estate with views out to sea and only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the Fife Coastal Path.

The two cabins are constructed from sustainably sourced timber and slot in seamlessly with their rural surroundings. Expect modern interiors with views over toward the coastline of Fife. All interiors are hand sourced for quality, sustainability, eco credentials and as local to the location as can be found. Firewood is included.

One cabin sleeps 2, the other sleeps 4 (in two double beds in nooks). Both are dog friendly. Each has a wood burning stove, decking and outside space and complete privacy. Each has a firepit and BBQ for enjoying an evening under the stars after a busy day spent exploring the landscape, or relax in the double hammock. Shower in the beautiful waterfall shower with glass roof.

Amenities include locally ground coffee and eco toiletries.

Off Grid Travel offers two luxury cabins on the grounds of Cambo Estate, just 10mins from St Andrews in Fife, Scotland.

Each cabin offers a car free experience. With cars parked just a couple of minutes away guests are invited to load up luggage wagons and walk a short distance to their accommodation. This means deer, hares, squirrels and all kinds of birds are abundant and come right up to the cabins.

There is plenty to do on site. Within a short walk is a lovely beach (Kingsbarns beach), complete with wood fired sauna available to book after a dip in the sea. Indulge in a tasting experience at the Kingsbarns distillery (just a short walk away, up the farm track) - an award winning whisky and gin distillery. Within the grounds of Cambo estate there is 2.5-acre Georgian walled garden and a play area for those staying with little ones. Plus you can pick up a souvenir from the visitor centre and shop after enjoying a light bite at the on-site vegetarian cafe.

St Andrews, renowned for its golf courses, university, and castle, just a 15-minute drive away.
