Sunset Inn is an Adult Only Guest House in Hunstanton, Norfolk, and offers high quality accommodation that is ideal for adults who are looking for a relaxing break away.

The name of our guest house is inspired by our location, as we are one of the few places on the east coast where the sun settles directly over it.

Many of the spectacular sunsets can be seen from our 5 sea facing bedrooms as can the sunrise from some of our 3 rear facing rooms.

Our rooms are classified by size and facility and are Superior, Standard and Single - our biggest Superior also has an enclosed balcony overlooking the sensory park with some sea views!

Rooms are located on the Ground, 1st and 2nd floors and we have no lift. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that Sunset Inn is an old Victorian house with high ceilings and 4 split staircases requiring reasonable mobility if you book rooms on the upper floors

We operate a room only basis no matter how you book as this provides guests with the flexibility of booking breakfast with us or at another venue. English Continental or English Breakfast with us can be paid for during check in for £7.50 per person per day. Specific dietary and allergy requirements or Voucher upgrades may attract an extra charge.

We do NOT allocate rooms on a random basis so make sure the room highlighted is the one you have booked as we are unable to change rooms on check in.

Check in time is 16.00-21.00 (4pm - 9pm)

We have no facilities for children, pets and 3rd person in any of our rooms also we have no mobility access as yet.

We have a strict "no alcohol or food" policy in ALL our rooms - we always enforce this!

Parking
As we have limited parking our parking is on a 'first come, first served' basis ONLY and there are no disability spaces. There is normally always plenty of free parking all around us so parking is rarely an issue. We do not allow transit style vans or mini buses at any time on our parking area as it blocks the view for our ground floor Guest Rooms.

We use a "timed and sometimes a limited booking system" and appreciate your cooperation.

Out of our Control!
Hunstanton has poor mobile and TV reception and everyone suffers with it, not just us. Our area also has low water pressure and so our showers may suffer from time to time especially when everyone is showering at the same time! Please accept our apologies in advance.

Our aim is to make your stay with us in Hunstanton as friendly, relaxing and enjoyable as we can possibly make it and as a Family run business we take great pride and an immense amount of effort to look after our rooms which we want you to enjoy and feel confident you will respect.
