Formally farm buildings Ann's Cottage Rosedale, presented by Ann and Colin has been converted into beautiful 5 star Bed and Breakfast Accommodation, enhanced with an air of Romance and peace hard to find anywhere else.

Our most important aim when you come to Rosedale is to make your stay with us in our "Bed and Breakfast Cottages" feel welcome, relaxed and friendly.

Furnished to a very high standard, both "Ann's Cottage" and "The Old Smithy" offer fully en-suite king size luxury double bedroom, and lounge area with log burning stove. Each cottage has a fully fitted kitchen for the evenings you don't feel like going out after a long day. We also offer in our bed and breakfast establishments, a barbeque to enjoy in our lovely garden with panoramic views over Rosedale Valley.

We are situated 1 1/2 miles from Rosedale Abbey, with shops and highly recommended, an excellent " fully licensed tea rooms & cafe " by "Graze on the Green", serving home made produce, by Darren and James.
